Jack Andreas Krumbein, Esquire has recovered millions of dollars for his clients litigating personal injury, business disputes, first party property insurance cases. While still operating his own practice, Mr. Krumbein was a trial attorney at Morgan Morgan P.A., appeared as trial counsel for other firms, and was a Litigation Specialist at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Krumbein was a Financial Advisor for Morgan Stanley Private Client Services, and a classical and recording musician in Los Angeles, California. During his time working in Los Angeles, he worked on projects for Sting, David Campbell, Avril Lavigne, Ali Helnwein, Josh Groban, Disney, 20th Century Fox, Priceline, Independent Feature Film, Clay Aiken, Ben Moody, Walter Mathau, MC Lite, Monica, Dave Mathews Band at the 2010 Grammy Awards, among many others.

Some highlights of his music career involved productions at the American Embassy in Israel, Jordan’s Jerash International Music Festival, Egypt’s Royal Opera House, Canada’s Calgary Stampede, New York City’s Carnegie Hall, among many others. Due to his background, he has traveled to 29 countries and speaks Spanish, English and is working on improving his native German. Mr. Krumbein was born in Hamburg, Germany and immigrated to the United States when he was twelve (12) years of age.

In 1998, Mr. Krumbein obtained his Bachelor of Music Performance from Pacific Union College, and in 2004, a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from La Sierra University. After years of business experience, Mr. Krumbein decided to attend Barry University School of Law. During law school, he was a Deans Fellow, a clinician in the immigration clinic, and obtained the highest grades for his class in Criminal Law, and Contracts Drafting. Mr. Krumbein opened his practice in April 2013.

Mr. Krumbein has taken cases so far as to having appealed to the Board of Immigration Appeals, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and to the Supreme Court of the United States. He is admitted to practice law in all the courts within the State of Florida, the Northern District of Florida, the Middle District of Florida, the Southern District of Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States.

Mr. Krumbein has drafted and conducted many business deals. The types of contracts Mr. Krumbein has drafted and reviewed include entertainment contracts, both music and film related contracts, commercial and residential real estate leases, transacted the sale of restaurants, supply contracts, securities offerings, employment agreements, promissory notes, internet agreements, among many others. Most recently he received the Certificate in Business Valuations from the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and serves clients needing business valuations.

During his rare moments away from work, he enjoys playing violin, soccer, chess, and spending as much quality time with his wife and children as possible.
