Corporate Real Estate Inc is a Jewish music provider in Palma Ceia Pines.Ed., is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil and County Civil Mediator, specializing primarily in real estate mediation cases. With over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry, Tom has worked as a licensed real estate broker, mediator, arbitrator, author, and teacher, developing extensive expertise in dispute resolution.
Tom has served as an adjunct professor of real estate at both the University of Tampa and Hillsborough Community College. He has also taught at Stetson Law School and authored several articles, including a chapter on escrow dispute resolution published in the Bert Rodgers School of Real Estate Continuing Education Manual for Brokers and Salespersons. Currently, Tom is a visiting professor and mentor at the John P. Lowth Entrepreneurship Center at the University of Tampa.
A proud member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, Tom has conducted numerous mediations focused on foreclosures. He is also a member of Leadership Tampa and Leadership Tampa Bay Alumni. Tom holds an undergraduate degree from Marietta College and a master’s degree from the University of Tampa.

MEDIATION FEES AND TERMS

Quality arbitration and mediation principles require transparency and fairness. Likewise, we believe mediation fees and terms should be clear and understandable. While fees can be dependent on the type of case and parties involved, we attempt to adhere to the following mediation fee schedule and terms.
- Fees: For most cases, the fee is $200.00 per hour for a two-party dispute, with each side paying half, or a proportionate share for an arbitration or mediation involving more than two sides.
- Minimum Fee: There is a three (3) hour minimum fee which must be received at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled start time for the arbitration or mediation. A Zell payment is acceptable within that time period.
- No Charge for Preparation: There is NO charge for all reasonable time required to schedule and prepare for mediation, including the review of materials submitted by the parties. Documents can be sent via email attachment to tom.feaster@hotmail.com.
- Mediator’s Preparation Time: There will be charges for reasonable preparation time on behalf of the Mediator.
- Travel Time: There is NO travel time charge unless the mediation is scheduled outside Tampa City limits.
- Billing: Each party will receive a bill for services beyond the initial minimum charge at the end of the mediation. These additional charges may be paid by cash, check, or through the Zell service.
CANCELLATION CHARGE
- Cancellation Fee: In the event that an arbitration or mediation is cancelled less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled date, the party requesting the cancellation is charged a cancellation fee.
- Shared Cancellation Fee: If all parties request the cancellation, each party will be billed for a pro rata portion of the cancellation fee.
- No Charge for Rescheduling: There is NO charge for any rescheduling agreed to by all parties at least twenty-four (24) working-day hours before the scheduled mediation.
